Step 2. Complete Show Profile.

Step 3. Mail us the following: completed Show Profile, scores, spliced audio recordings, video of previous year.

2. What is Custom Adaptation?

This service customizes the AVBundle drill to your exact instrumentation. This option DOES NOT allow for any alterations to the existing drill but ONLY to the number of performers.

3. How soon do I need to make a Custom Drill Design Reservation?

All of our designers work on a first-come, first-serve basis and fill up quite early. As we do not have a "deadline" for reservations.

4. How do I order an AVBundle?

Order anytime by calling 877.895.6744 or e-mail us at sales@avbundle.com.

You may also put a 2 week hold on an AVBundle by using the CHECK AVAILABILITY button on the show's page.

5. My instrumentation has changed and you already wrote the drill, what do I do?

We accommodate rewrites after September 1. This allows us to complete our custom drill schedule and give your band's numbers time to settle. We price this per job based on the amount of time it will take to make the needed changes. If instrumentation changes are drastic, complete re-charting would be needed and would cost two-thirds of the contracted design fee.

6. What if my instrumentation changes after I've given you numbers?

We will call a day or two before we actually start work on your show to verify the numbers that we have. Changes at this point are not a problem.

7. I won't know my exact instrumentation until band camp. How do I accommodate this?

We have found a few things that work well. First is to require a substantial amount of your student's marching band fees due by the end of school the previous year. You can even tell them that they are "purchasing" their spot in the drill. This investment will make it more difficult for them to "disappear" over the summer. Secondly, we have found that about 5 to 10% of students be in the show due to quitting, bad grades, discipline problems, etc. We suggest to account for this be eliminating 5 to 10% from each section and having us chart an "alternate" line in the back of the drill. This line would be a mixed instrumentation of that 5 to 10% that you choose. They would be active in the rehearsal process of learning drill and could march at football games but would not be included in competition. When a "hole" develops in the competition drill, you would put an alternate in their place.

8. I have regular 3D or Virtual 3D. Can I edit the drill files you give me?

No. 3D Java is a completely different program that the previous versions. An upgrade price of $489.99 from 3D to 3D Java is available through Creative Solutions (serial number required).

9. What comes in my Custom Drill Design Package?

A convenient, password-protected web page containing 3D Java file, and PDF files of the set charts, flow charts and coordinate sheets as well as the free Student Drill Viewer to watch animation. Your students can access this page as well to print out their own drill or coordinates.

10. What is the turn-around time for a Custom Drill Design?

You can expect drill delivery in a minimum of 6 weeks from the time we receive all your materials.

11. How late can I turn in my scores and instrumentation?

At least 6 weeks before your deadline for the best show possible. It is optimum for us to get these materials to us by May 1. We complete shows in the order that we receive these materials and do not know exactly what date your show would be started. Thus, a 6 week lead time guarantees delivery by your deadline.

This policy will protect each band purchasing drill with exclusivity, based on their performance schedule, providing a one-of-a-kind show at each contest location regardless of state lines.

Shows that must be qualified for, such as state championships, are not protected since there is no way to know ahead of time what schools will be able to attend.

3. Why are Box 5 Productions so expensive?

Most of the titles are original compositions for marching band, available exclusively from Creative Solutions and these composers.
